Do OSA a favor and Update your home address in Enterprise.
Rising M3s, OSA has delivered to the ID Office a pre-approval document based on your current schedule. Since they are now on file at the ID Office all you need to do is stop by their office with your I-Card during their scheduled hours and have your picture taken! The ID office is located on the basement level of the Medical Center - 1740 West Taylor Street - Suite C650 - Room C-622 and the office hours are as follows:
Monday - 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Tuesday - 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Wednesday - 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Thursday - 8:00 am - 10:00 am and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
