Dialogue With the Deans is a unique opportunity for students to interact directly with many of our college's deans. The issues discussed are submitted in advance of the event by students with concerns. This forum allows for change to occur more quickly by eliminating barriers between students and deans and encouraging open and direct dialogue. Previous topics have ranged from facility issues such as Edelstone, study rooms, etc. to introducing new educational measures like adding a global health program and changing evaluations. We all benefit from the changes that are made as a direct result of this event. Take advantage of this opportunity four times per year.

Topics are always welcome and can be sent to us from our feedback form or at our email uic.cmsc@gmail.com.

We need suggestions that:
1) Can actually be addressed in short term (<2-3 years)
2) Are concerns that will benefit many students
3) Are things that the deans are ABLE to change

The Dialogue with the Deans will be October 19th in room 423.  Dinner will be served at 5, the meeting will begin at 5:30.
