Making an amendment to the CMSC constitution is simple:

1) Add your constitutional amendment to new business (via an email to the CMSC secretary and president) by the Wednesday prior to a general body meeting.

2) Prepare a written amendment in the language of the constitution.

3) Present the amendment at the general body meeting for a vote.

-OR-

1) Bring up an idea for an amendment during new business at a general body meeting. 

2) Following this meeting, write up an amendment in the language of the constitution.   

3) Bring the finalized amendment to next month's general body meeting for a vote.
